ISHKA RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase and it is unworn/unused, in original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to earrings and cosmetics.
Sale items will only be exchanged for another size or colour provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase and it is unworn/unused, in original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items and GIft Vouchers once purchased.
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase under the following circumstances:
The item is faulty and the defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase
Not ‘of merchantable quality’ - the item is not of the quality you reasonably expected due to its description and price prior to purchase
Not fit for its purpose - the item does not do what you reasonably expected
You must return the faulty item to an Ishka store or online within a reasonable time after purchase and provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or bank statement). If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price. However, you may be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired. Ishka reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
Note: Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned. Items purchased in store cannot be returned via online return postage.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
All online purchases can be exchanged by return post or at one of our stores, subject to the following conditions:
You must provide the packing slip (received in the online order package).
You must provide a printed copy of the receipt or invoice for the purchased item (this is emailed to you as confirmation of your purchase).
You must provide identification matching the name and shipping address on the packing slip or invoice.
Purchases will only be refunded or exchanged for the amount stated on the invoice less any discounts/offers applied. Ishka reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create a fault in the item.
If you are entitled to a refund but would prefer to exchange or receive a gift card of equivalent value, Ishka is happy to do this for you.
If you wish to exchange an item purchased online via post, please contact our online team between 10am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) providing the following information, if applicable:
Date of order
Sales order reference number
Brief description of your enquiry
Postage Charges are non refundable.
